The following motions were tabled at the last club meeting dated 16 April 2024 :
1/ Subscriptions for the 2024/25 year
Subs to be increased per annum by $20, Subs will be set at $80 reduced to $70 for
early payment by June 30 2024
2/ Reccy reimbursement process
Club trip leaders can be reimbursed $100 per trip for reconnaissance of the trip
Other General business:
- Compliance with the Incorporated Societies Act
- EPIRB replacement

A short General Meeting will be convened at the conclusion of the AGM
